Tracking
A dispatch notification will be emailed, followed by an email with tracking information.
A notification will be emailed upon delivery by the courier to confirm delivery.
Delivery
We offer two types of delivery services:
Standard Delivery:
Deliveries within 1-3 working days from Monday to Friday for £4.95.
Next Working Day and Named Day Delivery:
Next Working Day deliveries for orders placed before 2pm (excluding weekends).
Named Day & Next Working Day deliveries for £6.95.
Receipts and confirmation of your hamper order are emailed only to the sender; no receipts or documentation are put into your hamper box. The only document beautifully inserted on the top of the inside of your hamper is your personalised gift message.
The very best couriers servicing the UK are used including DPD, DHL and Royal Mail. All nominated day deliveries are via DPD to best ensure your package arrives on the day.
Of course we will always go above and beyond with all levels of our service and if we can change the delivery date with the courier we certainly will. Just email at your earliest convenience to hello@artisandelimarket.co.uk or message us on our live chat.
Orders & Amendments
We work rapidly upon receiving any order, however please do email at your very earliest convenience and of course if the order has not been picked we can cancel and refund. Quick notification to us from you will be of utmost importance to effectively cancel the order.
We will do our best to accomodate any cancellation request, but should the order already be in process the order can be returned once delivered using our returns procedure.
As above, a quick notification preferably within the hour will assist with any opportunity to amend your order. We will always be at your service to go above and beyond when we can; should it be too late for any amendments we shall certainly inform you.
Of course in the most unlikely event you should not be happy with your hamper or product and would like to make a return, this can be done within 14 days of delivery for a refund or replacement. The hamper will need to be unopened and in the exact same original condition. Should the hamper contain fresh produce, unfortunately this cannot be returned.
