Nonya Secrets - Sambal Curry Mix

Created using an old family recipe, our mix has a delicious lemon flavour running through it.

Combine this fragrant, citrusy mix with coconut milk and add to chicken for a rich and delicious Nonya curry.

Ingredients:

Lemongrass, galangal, onions, garlic, turmeric, shrimp paste(crustaceans, cornflour), gram-flour, fresh red chillies, lime leaves, salt, sugar, vegetable oil. May contain traces of nuts.
