Gin No.2 Lemon Peel, Coriander & Cardamom 50cl

Infused with fresh lemon and zest and locally grown rosemary, this is light in colour but huge on flavour. We begin by hand zesting lemons (LOADS of them) and then add in whole rosemary sprigs. This gin is designed to harness the feeling of spring, but also has a slight mediterranean twist to it. Best served with tonic and a sprig of Rosemary to enhance that savoury, herbal element and add a beautiful aroma to this zesty, sharp gin.
