Return Policy
At Artisan Deli Market, we strive to deliver the finest quality hampers, beautifully packaged, and filled with carefully selected food and drinks. However, we understand that there may be times when you or the recipient of your gift might have an issue with a product.
Please Note:
From time to time, contents listed may vary according to availability but total value will always exceed stated price. We work closely with small batch artisan producers, and while this ensures high-quality, unique selections, it can occasionally lead to supply variations. We assure you that any substitutions will be of equal or greater value and maintain the overall aesthetic of the hamper.
Return Eligibility
Due to food safety considerations and the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on perishable food items, custom hampers, and personalized or bespoke goods, unless they were received in a damaged or defective condition.
Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If you find any item to be defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us promptly so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Email us at hello@artisandelimarket.co.uk with your order number and a description of the problem.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please email us at hello@artisandelimarket.co.uk with your order details and reason for return. If we approve your return request, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Costs
The cost of returning non-faulty items is your responsibility. In the case of faulty items, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your returned item, we'll notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
Liability for Delivered Goods
Once your order has been delivered to the specified address and we have verification of this delivery, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to the goods, including theft.
