All items are sent from our main store at:

All orders are processed within one business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been sent.

Delivery

The delivery date and time will be specified through our courier notifications. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that either they or the designated recipient (if the order is a gift) are available to receive the delivery at the specified address.

The customer has the option to instruct the courier to leave the package in a safe place or with a neighbour using the courier's tracking service. If this option is selected, the customer assumes all risks associated with the delivery. Our company will not be held liable for any loss or damage that might occur once the package has been left as instructed.

If the delivery is missed due to the absence of the customer or the designated recipient, the courier will either attempt to redeliver the next business day, or leave the package at a nearby drop shop for collection, depending on the courier's policy. Information on rescheduling the delivery or the location of the drop shop will be provided.

As a gifting company, we understand that timely delivery is of the utmost importance. If perishable goods are involved, it is particularly critical to receive the delivery on the initial attempt. The quality and integrity of these items may be compromised if the delivery is delayed due to the customer's or recipient's unavailability.

If you select our “Named Day Delivery” option, we will dispatch your order on a next-day service. However, please note that while the courier will aim to meet that timeframe, delivery on the chosen day is not guaranteed, and we cannot be held liable for any delays. In the event that your order is more than one day late, we will do our best to assist you. For example, if perishable items arrive more than two days late, we will work with you to arrange a refund. If your order is lost in transit and there are no address errors on your part, we will handle the issue with the courier and provide a suitable resolution.

All alcohol deliveries require an adult signature.
Our delivery partners follow strict “Challenge 25” procedures. Alcohol cannot be left in a safe place and must be accepted by an adult with valid photo ID.Delivery drivers will:

Liability for Missed Delivery

Artisan Deli Market will not be held liable for the damage, spoilage or reduced quality of goods if the customer or the designated recipient is not available to receive the delivery at the agreed time.

Furthermore, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the full delivery address provided is accurate and complete. Artisan Deli Market cannot be held liable for any delivery issues, including damage, spoilage, or reduced quality of goods, arising from inaccuracies or omissions in the delivery address as provided by the customer.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to ensure their availability or the availability of the designated recipient for the delivery at the specified time. Failure to do so, resulting in damage, spoilage or reduced quality of the goods will not be the responsibility of Artisan Deli Market.
International Shipping
At this time, we only deliver across the United Kingdom. Please note that delivery is not available to the Isle of Man, Jersey or Guernsey.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order on your selected delivery date, please contact us at hello@artisandelimarket.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Due to food safety considerations and the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on perishable food items, custom hampers, and personalized or bespoke goods, unless they were received in a damaged or defective condition. Non-perishable items can be returned, provided they are in their original, unopened condition and within 14 days.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@artisandelimarket.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
