Leonardi's balsamic vinegars are crafted using the cooked must of Trebbiano grapes and aged for years in barrels made from fine woods such as ash, mulberry, oak, chestnut, and juniper. Unlike commercial balsamic vinegars, which may contain up to 80% wine vinegar and are often blended, Leonardi's balsamics are never blended, ensuring their superior quality.
