Created by Sauce Shop in collaboration with award-winning chef James Cochran, it’s packed with heat, flavour and a whole lot of soul. Inspired by James’ mum’s Caribbean kitchen and refined through his Great British Menu Champion of Champions-winning dish, this jam is the real deal. Sweet, spicy and savoury all at once – it’s got the richness of tomato, the fruity heat of Scotch Bonnet peppers, and a subtle smokiness from charring.
It’s hot, bold and versatile. Slather it on fried chicken, load up your cheese toastie, dip your spring rolls or spice up your pizza. It also pairs beautifully with strong soft cheese or crumbly hard cheese. Made in small batches in Nottingham, using all-natural ingredients and nothing artificial, this jam is suitable for vegans and crafted for flavour lovers.
