Atlante Listan Blanco, 75cl

Atlante Wines is a small-scale project in Tenerife, producing just one white and one red wine. Their vines are trained using the traditional córdon trenzado method, developed for the island’s volcanic soils and known to enhance ripeness. Based in the Orotava Valley, they combine old methods – like foot-treading and ageing in cement and neutral barrels – with a modern, low-intervention approach. These wines pair beautifully with shellfish, lean or rich fish such as salmon and tuna, appetisers, snacks, and also work well as an apéritif.
