Alemany Chestnut Honey is harvested during the summer months from the chestnut forests of Galicia, Burgos and León. Rich in character, it displays a deep amber hue, almost opaque and offers a distinctive floral aroma with subtle woody notes. Its flavour is full-bodied and complex, with a gentle savoury edge that enhances its natural sweetness. Perfect enjoyed simply spread over warm toast or drizzled over fresh cheese.
