Leonardi's balsamic vinegars are crafted in the traditional way, using the cooked must of Trebbiano grapes, then aged for years in casks made of fine woods like ash, mulberry, oak, chestnut, and juniper. Unlike commercial balsamics (which can be blended with up to 80% wine vinegar) Leonardi's balsamics are never mixed, preserving their authentic, rich quality.
