Demimo Verdejo, 75cl

Organically cultivated Verdejo grapes are hand-harvested at night from high-altitude vineyards in Segovia, one of Rueda’s highest and coolest growing areas. Fermented with native yeasts and aged on its lees for two months, this is a fresh, elegant Verdejo with aromas of white stone fruit and flavours of peach, nectarine and white plum, balanced by refreshing acidity and subtle herbaceous notes. A versatile wine to enjoy with seafood, Mexican dishes, salads or fresh goat’s cheese.
