Piedmontese gianduja is combined with delicate grains of crumbly nougat, made according to a family recipe. The nougat melts into the soft, creamy gianduja, while a rich rum cream, honey and sultanas are enclosed within a delicate chocolate honeycomb to preserve its moist, indulgent texture.
