Calasparra White Paella Rice DOP 500g

This rice is grown on the historic river terraces of Calasparra, Murcia, originally built by the Moors. The balilla x sollana variety is highly absorbent, soaking up approximately 2.5 times its weight in liquid, making it perfect for showcasing the depth of a rich, flavourful stock.

Cooking Instructions: For best results, use 3.5 parts broth to 1 part rice. In a saucepan over high heat, stir in the rice and simmer uconvered for 18-20 minutes.
