Ortiz Anchovies in Olive Oil 47.5g

Delicate brown anchovies with a rich, savoury flavour, perfect for adding a delicious depth to a variety of dishes.

Ortiz source their Cantabrian anchovies daily from auctions along Spain’s northern coast, where they are carefully processed on the same day they are caught. The anchovies are then salt-cured for between 6 and 12 months, depending on the size of the fish. Once matured, they are gently washed to remove any excess salt before being carefully trimmed and filleted by hand, resulting in beautifully tender anchovies with an exceptional depth of flavour.
