Crunchy marinated pickled garlic cloves are blanched before being steeped in a simple herbed brine. The pickling process reduces the most powerful garlic flavours leaving a mild and gentle flavour.
Ingredients: Garlic cloves (SULPHITES), water, vinegar, salt, oregano, tarragon, acid: citric acid, antioxidant: ascorbic acid. May also contain NUTS and FISH.
