This traditional, surface-ripened cheese is handcrafted in Normandy, France, following an authentic Camembert recipe. Made from the distinctive Normandes milk of the La Manche region, it develops its characteristic flavour and aroma through a natural surface-mould ripening process.
Each cheese is individually selected, boxed, and matured. As it ages, the chalky coeur (or centre) gradually softens, revealing the rounded grassy notes and signature Brassica aroma that have long defined this celebrated cheese and its unmistakable goût.
